Hello! My name is Candace Jaeger and I would like to welcome you to third-grade! This is my seventh year teaching at Rogue River Elementary. I am originally from Ashland, Oregon and have lived in Southern Oregon for most of my life. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a teaching license from Southern Oregon University and my Masters degree in Mathematics Education from Western Governors University.

I have been married to my husband Matt for 24 years and have two daughters ages 18 and 22. Our family has many pets! We have three dogs, Suzie, Luna, and Blitz. Two cats, Snuggles and Gray Gray. And three pigs, Smudge, Basil, and George. Oh! And one fish named Neptune. Having so many pets keeps us very busy!

Animal: Quokkas!! They are marsupials native to Western Australia who always look like they are smiling! (Smiling's my favorite!)
