  • Each year, the RCC Foundation awards about $500,000 in scholarships to those attending RCC. We invite high school seniors who may be attending RCC in 20/21 to apply soon.

The 20/21 application cycle opens 11/1/19 and closes 3/2/20. We encourage applicants to begin the application early, including asking two individuals to complete an online recommendation for them, then submit it as soon as their ’19 fall grades are available. A single, complete application means that they’ll be considered for multiple scholarships. And, they have made it easy by asking for the same essays as are required by the state/OSAC! How easy is that?

To access the application , please visit  https://foundation.roguecc.edu/scholarships

Let us know if you need any help.

  • The Year is Going Great !

Thank you to all for making the start of the year such a success.  Our numbers are growing, we are on the lookout to expand into additional locations, and we are adding to our student opportunities. Here are a couple of opportunities on the near horizon:

    Print That T

With great thanks to the Josephine County Youth Foundation, we have received funding to purchase a T-Shirt printer, heat press and supplies to begin making our own T-shirts, mugs and supplies.  Students will work with staff to create custom designs that can be printed.  Our hope is to be able to also produce shirts for community events.

    Ride With Pride

With the support from The Skyrman Techno Fund, ODOT, and Emanuel Legacy Hospital, we are able to start a bicycle maintenance program for the community.  A portion of the funds will be used to send one of our students to the United Bicycle Institute in Ashland, for a one week class on basic bicycle maintenance.  The remaining funds will be used to purchase an outdoor bicycle repair stand tools, installed outside for the community, a bicycle repair stand inside, tools, and supplies.  Supplies will also be purchased to support the repair and maintenance of scooters and skateboards.  If you child is interested in being the one student to attend the bicycle institute, applications will be available soon.

    Sincerely,

    Morgan
